We developed a 10-episode internal podcast series featuring conversations with high-performing GMs and regional leaders. Each episode focused on practical, real-world insights around topics such as:

  • Creative staffing strategies

  • Guest experience innovations

  • Empowering front-line teams

  • Brand standard consistency across regions

  • Leading during disruption

The tone was peer-to-peer, unscripted, and rooted in everyday success stories.
